How to Use WhatsIntel
WhatsIntel helps you analyze your WhatsApp conversations to identify leads, opportunities, and potential introductions. Here's how to get started:
Export Your WhatsApp Chats
Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to any chat, tap the menu (three dots), select "More" > "Export chat" > "Without Media". Save the .txt or .zip file to your device.
Upload to WhatsIntel
Go to the WhatsIntel app and drag & drop your exported chat files, or click to browse. You can upload multiple conversations at once.
Add Context Tags (Optional)
For each conversation, you can add tags like "Investor", "Client", "Partner" to help categorize and prioritize your leads.
Process & Analyze
Click "Process" and WhatsIntel will analyze your conversations locally on your device. Within seconds, you'll see your dashboard with leads, opportunities, and insights.

WhatsIntel uses AI to analyze conversation patterns and assign lead scores from 0-100. Higher scores indicate stronger buying signals, engagement levels, and intent indicators.
Signal Detection
The system identifies various signals in your conversations:

Data Collection
WhatsIntel is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data:
- Chat Content: Processed entirely locally in your browser. Never transmitted to our servers.
- Account Information: If you choose to sign in, we store only your email address and display name from Google.
- Sync Data: If cloud sync is enabled, processed results (not raw chats) are encrypted and stored.
Data Storage
- Raw chat files are processed in memory and discarded after analysis
- Analyzed results are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB
- Cloud sync data is stored in encrypted form on Supabase infrastructure
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your information is yours alone.
Your Rights
- Delete all local data at any time from Settings
- Delete your account and all associated cloud data
- Export your data before deletion
